We would like to thank all our fabulous clients for their support as we ease our way into the new norm. As you know, things will be a lot different from what we are used to, and we are asking you to continue to support us by please adhering to the following:

• Please arrive alone and on time for your appointment

• Please sanitise hands on arrival

• Avoid touching/using your mobile phone during treatment
• We kindly request that you wear a face mask/covering
• Please cancel your appointment if you feel unwell
• Please follow social distancing guidelines
• For customers purchasing products only, it is best to do this over the phone, we will arrange collection or delivery of your goodies!
• Card payment, where possible, is preferred
• Please keep personal belongings to a minimum
• Please contact the salon to advise of your arrival

In addition:

All treatment areas will be cleaned and disinfected after each client. All towels & covers are single use and laundered at 60 degrees. Staff will be wearing PPE for everyone’s safety. We have carried out all necessary risk assessments and have full safety procedures in place. Our full Covid-19 response plan is available on request.
